Terms of Use

This app shows your account with Poshak Chikan Studio. Please read this once before you start.

What this app is

• It is a view of your own work with the studio — stock given to you, goods returned, payments made, and the balance between them.
• No money moves through this app. Payments happen the way they always have.
• The figures shown are the studio's records. They are not a bill and not a demand for payment.

If something looks wrong

• Raise a query on the entry. Nothing in your account changes until the studio checks it.
• You will get a reply in the same conversation, and you can see who replied.
• Final settlement of any amount stays between you and the studio, as it always has. This app records the position; it does not decide it.

Your PIN

• Your PIN is yours alone. Do not share it with anyone, including studio staff.
• Anything done from your account is treated as done by you.
• If you think someone else has your PIN, tell the studio at once and it will be replaced.
• You will be asked to set your own PIN the first time you sign in.

What you can see

• You can see your own account only. No other vendor's figures are shown to you, and yours are not shown to them.
• Do not attempt to reach another vendor's records.

What we keep about you

• Your name, your mobile number, and the record of your work with the studio.
• Your messages in queries are kept so both sides can see what was said.
• Nothing else is collected. Your details are not sold, and are not shared with anyone outside the studio.

Access

• The studio can remove your access at any time — for example when work between you ends. Removing access signs you out immediately.
• You stay signed in on your own devices; there is a limit on how many.
• The app may sometimes be unavailable. The studio's records remain the record either way.
